INSURANCE AND THIRD-PARTY REIMBURSEMENTMost of our services are covered services by many insurance companies, managed care companies, and other third-party payers. We are providers for several Preferred Provider Organizations, Managed Care Companies, tradition indemnity insurance companies, and HMOs. Many insurance companies require pre-certification in order to access outpatient mental health benefits. We are on most of the major insurance and managed care panels. Many insurance and other third party payers often have out-of-network benefits, so that your treatment might be covered even if none of us is on your insurance list. If your insurance company is not on the following list, please contact our office manager, Ursula Fortune. She can assist you in determining whether your benefits will cover treatment with one of our clinicians. However, the ultimate responsibility lies with the patient. Please contact your insurance company or Human Resources Department to check benefits, provider eligibility, and limits of coverage. The following list includes many of the insurance panels on which we serve. Please note that each therapist is on different panels. There is no insurance panel that all the therapists at Dilworth Psychotherapy Associates are on. Please contact our secretary for current insurance status
