Dilworth Psychotherapy Associates is compliant with the federal regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy generally known as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).  We also use the Codes of Ethics of our respective professional organizations -- the American Psychological Association, the National Academy of Social Workers, and the American Association for Marital and Family Therapy -- to guide our professional behavior and conduct.  Please review our policies as they guide our professional practice:
